Date issued for parents to start downloading Form 1 admission letters.
Parents are now authorized to commence the retrieval of Form One admission letters for their children who undertook the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examinations.
Following the release of the KCPE results, candidates can exclusively obtain their result slips from their respective schools. However, starting Monday, December 18, secondary school headteachers will initiate the process of selecting and assigning students for Form One admission based on their KCPE scores.
Candidates will be allocated positions in sub-county, county, extra county, or national schools, contingent on their performance in the KCPE exams.
Reports suggest that parents can visit a cyber café starting Thursday next week to download Form One admission letters.

Parents have approached Knec headquarters seeking redress. The affected candidates are now requesting Knec to administer another exam when schools reopen for the first term next year, along with over 9,000 others who missed the KCPE examinations.
