Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service Opens Second Revision for Degree, Diploma, and Certificate Choices
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service has declared the commencement of the online application system for the Second Revision of choices for degree, diploma, and certificate programs.
As per the placement body, the Second Revision is open to all applicants who, following the competitive selection process subsequent to the First Revision of Choices, have been unable to secure any of their preferred options for placement in universities and colleges.
The KCSE index numbers of these applicants are available for reference on the website. We request secondary school principals to inform the affected applicants, whose index numbers are listed, to revise their choices accordingly.
Those students who did not participate in the First Revision of Choices and did not apply through their schools can seize this opportunity to submit their applications.
Applicants must choose new preferences from the available degree, diploma, and craft/artisan certificate courses with unfilled capacities, as outlined on the website, and submit their choices afresh.
Applicants whose index numbers are not listed on the website have already provisionally secured one of their choices and are not required to reapply. The outcome of their applications will be communicated upon the conclusion of the placement processing.
It is crucial to note that the placement application process is automated, allowing submissions from any location via mobile phones, tablets, and computers connected to the Internet.
Applicants are advised to adhere to the deadline, as late applications will not be accepted.
